My Boca Raton office is located near the YMCA, Mizner Park, Boca Towne Center, FAU and Lynn University. A short drive from Deerfield, Beach, Parkland, and Pompano Beach.
Penina Flug, LCSW, is a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University in 2003. She completed her EFT training in 2015.
Penina specializes in couples and family therapy as well as marriage/ premarital education, utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples build secure attachments. Her warm, engaging, and compassionate approach creates a safe space for clients to explore their relationships.
In addition to her private practice, Penina is passionate about training marriage educators and creating awareness about EFT through writing and public speaking.
Personally, Penina enjoys walking, Pilates, beach time, reading, traveling and spending time with her family. She has been married for over 25 years and is proud of her five children, including two who are married.
